У МЕНЯ НЕ СТОИТ
Сабж - ни дебиан, ни утилсы. В строчке "available frequency steps" оно показывает scaling_max_freq или природные способности процессора? Или может у тебя в зависимости от режима (на батарейках, при неактивности юзера) переключаются и говернёры?
